Silver Coach in Stevens Point

I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I got to say the service is always great and they keep the spot well kept consistently. Pricing is affordable and they serve sizeable portions.

Exceptional Restaurant. Exceptional food. Exceptional service! Bottom line...fantastic in every way!

Service was great, ribs were not. Trigs are better at a fraction of the cost. If you want good food and are able to do it yourself the meal will not disappoint as Silver Coach has.

Old Fashioned, when made to order, was exceptional. Filet was cooked to perfection. Banana fosters was delightful. All in all, this was a cool place to visit with a nice atmosphere.

Bartender/hostess didn't have the greatest attitude. But everyone and everything else was wonderful yet a little overpriced. Might be back, might not.

Fun find - Silver Coach Supper Club - our server Juliet made it a fun visit and offered the private dining room that was formerly a "sleeper" in the original train car - very interesting details in this private dining room for two. In all candor dining at the Silver Coach deserves more time than we really wanted to devote as we were just driving through and ordered from their "lighter fare" portion of the menu. I tried the short rail ribs with fries and she tried the chicken strips with fries - again, probably not what we'd typically order for finer dining. My ribs were delicious, tasty, tangy sauce and her chicken strips were a little dry but tasty enough. We both had Brandy Old fashioneds from the bar and they were excellent. The decor is step back in time, nicely done. The next time we visit, we'll allow more time to soak in the ambiance and enjoy the full supper club experience. Enjoy, we did.

We have been frequenting the Silver Coach for more years than I would like to admit.. "My age is showing" that's why.... Always excellent and a taste of food we love. Keep rocking the Casbah Rob and crew....

My hubby and I come back every year for Fat Tuesday the best meal in central Wisconsin.

Megan was great...food was fantastic

Good service but server was not knowledgeable about taste of dishes. The jambalaya was not authentic, too much spice and large vegetables. The beer cheese soup tasted like cheese celery. High prices for small results.Never Again.

Overpriced low quality food and they need a good Bartender.

Great steakhouse, everything was a little bit special and different, my wife and I tried different Steaks and they were both truly delicious..while the whole atmosphere was very nice, There are a few private dining areas for couples that I will recommend for that special occasion. Well worth the visit and the prices are respectable for the fine food and service.

Good meal great service. Went here for my birthday and the service was outstanding. There were 3 of us and my son used a wheelchair. We made reservations and were all set when we arrived The food was outstanding. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed.

First visit loved it. Private car for anniversary. Second visit not thrilled with food. The chicken was wonderful, but the Cajun potatoes and what was served with, not so much. My husband got a chicken bone first bite of soup. This is a pricey restaurant for the area and I personally expect to be wowed, not have to force the next bite down.

Food was good, a bit over the top on sauce, service was decent, but definitely over priced. $4 for a cup of coffee.... Ask for a warm up and you get another $4 cup. Or you can opt for a $3 flat soda... The 2nd $3 one was also flat flat even after mentioning it our waitress.

Great dinner and really cool building. I was in Stevens Point for business and had dinner there. I would definitely recommend it for out of town guests. Great spot!

Expensive. $41.50 for a steak. It was good but the atmosphere was very lacking along with an attitude from the waitress. Save your money and find a different venue

Great food and service. Some of the best executed food and service in the US. Little hidden gem with a real rail car. Best Cajun flavors I have had. Equal to New Orleans quality and caliber.

Enjoyed the experience here. Great food and nice wine list. Juliette was an excellent server. They were able to accommodate us immediately - without reservations (might have been slow due to the nasty cold rain).

An EXCELENT dinning experieance...we go there about 6 times yr. Never ever found anything wrong. The chef there certainly knows what he's doing. Keep in mind this restaurant is Cajun oriented. If u dot look at that u may be disappointed. If... ur into this type of food.... please do the crab ball appetizers.... it's worth ur days wage alone. :-)
